Please note:
- Turbo has moved from Zoom to the Sports Complex.
- There is a new pool session taking place on Thursdays.
- There will be a free swim lane (uncoached) on the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday swim sessions (only for members who have signed up for a swim session).
Run & Mobility
Meet: Sligo Sports Complex (big hall)
Duration: 10 Jan to 28 Feb (eight sessions)

Strength & Conditioning
Strength & Conditioning focuses on ways to improve athletic performance including endurance, speed, strength and power.
These sessions are designed to increase power, range of movement, coordination, flexibility, agility, strength and stability, providing you with a solid foundation to support all aspects of your training.

Duration: 11 Jan to 1 March (eight sessions)

Pool Swim
The aim of the swim sessions is to equip triathletes with the techniques required for both pool and open water events. A typical session consists of a warm-up, swim drills (arm drills, breathing, body position and kick drills), and a cool down.

Turbo
The objective of these sessions is to allow cycling to continue throughout the winter, to keep fit and build form for the season ahead. A typical turbo session consists of a warm-up, leg drills, a structured set, and a cool down.

Yoga
These sessions, which are suitable for all abilities, will help to build strength and flexibility, especially in the core muscle groups. This will help you perform better and suffer fewer injuries.
The gentle movements and poses, or asanas, will also help promote healing for both body and mind.
